Tellu is a software company delivering products within personnel security and asset tracking. Tellu was founded in 2006 as a spin-off from Ericsson and has been focusing on services in the emerging marked of IoT. Tellu operates the Tellu SmartTracker service which is a IoT platform with focus on keeping track of personnel and assets. The platform is used in several European countries for personnel security applications, especially within the domain of lone workers and elderly persons security. Tellu is involved in a number of European research projects within the domain of IoT and smart sensor systems and has participation in research projects as an integral part of the company strategy.

Key personnel involved in the project
Knut Eilif Husa has specialist expertise in information, mobile and communication technology. He was one of the founders of Tellu. Before joining Tellu, he was working at Ericsson for 8 years with mobile technology platforms. He also worked at ABB Corporate Research with control systems. Husa holds several patents on Internet technology and information security. He has also been working as consultant in several technology start-ups.

Magnus Ekse is specialist within gaming and visualization technology. He has solid competence within the field of programming languages and web technologies and has been one of the main contributors to the SmartTrack solution.
